ReplyDeleteThey do Irish Cream which is very similar. If you like Baileys - have a look at my cheesecake recipe - its delicious!!

ReplyDeleteI'd try to make that smell you get in the summer after it rains, that very fresh smell, not quite as strong as cut grass but so very nice :-)
