The lovely Tara at Sticky Fingers has chosen Landscape as this weeks Gallery theme.
I am feeling guilty as I have not completed the challenge over the last two weeks as I have been busy in a whirl of ill children, decorating and half term.
I have chosen a local beauty spot as my choice – Burton Bradstock, Dorset.

My husband took this using a panoramic function on the camera last year, whilst I was fossil hunting on the beach with the children. There is a lovely cafe just beyond the hill which is perfect for warming up with a nice hot chocolate.
I love the vibrant colour contrasts of the grass, cliff and the sea in the next shot:

We were a little disappointed that we didn’t spot the regular Dolphin visitors, but we had a lovely day all the same, and we were treated to this gorgeous view of Chesil beach on the way home too!
