I first heard of SportBaby on twitter, when they cheekily contacted me asking if I had seen their website and letting me know that they sold official licensed Chelsea baby and toddler clothes.

If you are a football loving parent, it can be a nightmare trying to find football related clothing for your baby that is good quality and the choices are very often limited.  I am looking forward to their new range coming in later this month, but in the meantime I have bought Eliza this gorgeous top, which is stunning.  Sadly I cannot photograph her in it for my blog as she is covered in chickenpox!!


They stock a range of babywear for Chelsea FC, including these Gift Sets which are a perfect gift for a new baby and their Chelsea mad parents!!


SportBaby isn’t just about Chelsea products though – they sell baby wear for the likes of Manchester City, Manchester Utd and Arsenal plus much much more.

They stock leisure wear, swimwear, outdoor wear and even ski wear and all for children up to the age of 15!!



       

























Sportbaby is a family run business, with Julie and her sister Jo doing the bulk of the work.  They’ve been working on the idea for well over a year, but only started trading in April this year.  Jo has worked as a senior sports and leisure wear buyer for many years both for sportswear companies (such as JJB Sports) but also for Premier and Championship Football Clubs (Birmingham, Derby and Cardiff, but sadly not Chelsea).  Julie is ex military so understands the benefits of being active, but has worked in a business development role for the civil service for many years.  She then had her son (now 2) and has just left her full-time job to concentrate on Sportbaby, which they established as they think there’s a gap in the market.
