As a parent parent it is not often I get a chance to relax, but there is one thing I do relish – a nice relaxing bath!
I make time at least once a week, and love to use bath bombs or bubble bars rather than the traditional bubble baths, as they are more luxurious and smell divine and when my children ask what I want for Christmas they are always top of my list!
In today’s Zulily offering, they are offering Miss Patisserie Bath products at some great prices and I got sent a selection to review.
Included in the pack was a Melting Heart Bath Cake Slice, a Pom Pom Bath Lolly, a Snowman Bath Macaroon and a Lemon Meringue Bath Cake.
The toughest job was to choose which one to test first as they all smell delicious. I have not had the chance for a relaxing bath this week (I have showered – honest), so I decided to use the Snowman Bath Macaroon as a treat for the kids.
They thoroughly enjoyed watching the macaroon dissolve into a mass of little bubbles and zoom around the bath, turning the water pink. The Rose scent was gorgeous but not overpowering and filled the bathroom and the upstairs of my house. The kids smelled gorgeous too, although I had to refrain from mentioning it to Isaac – typical boy!!
I cannot wait to try the others, but this time they are mine – ALL MINE!!
