Where to find crafting supplies online

Crafting with kids can be an wonderfully enjoyable experience, extremely messy and sometimes bloomin’ frustrating.

It is good to recycle things from around the home – empty toilet roll / kitchen roll holders, cereal boxes and even the tissue packaging found in some parcels.

Things you find outside can be great too – have you tried leaf rubbing, or made decorations with pine cones?  Give Eliza a stick and it immediately becomes a fairy wand!

Sometimes, however, you need to visit a craft shop.  I have found hobbycraft expensive and have exhausted all supplies in The Range and am finding now Eliza is two, that it can be a real challenge getting round the aisles.

I have been struggling to find online suppliers, other than amazon and eBay, and came across www.edusentials.co.uk, who use the philosophy of “Every Child Matters”.

They specialize in classroom essentials, but also have a range of products for busy childminders, nurseries, nannies and parents, including buggies, cots, toy storage and activities.  The craft packs especially, are large enough to occupy a group of children and come with instructions – always a bonus!

If you are looking for something in particular, their website is clearly labelled so things are easy to find, but if you need assistance they are more than happy to help.  I am definitely adding them to my bookmarks!
