Yellow Mellon Review and Giveaway

I was first introduced to Yellow Mellon just before Christmas last year by some bloggers reviewing their clothes and running competitions.

Looking around the site, I was impressed by their fashionable and affordable clothing range for children and was especially drawn to the range for older boys.  In fact I bought Kian and Isaac matching jumpers, although Isaac’s is a little too big for him still.

Kian has lived in his for the last 3 months, and it still looks as good as new – in fact, everyone thinks it’s a Chelsea jumper!

When Yellow Mellon contacted me to ask if I would like to review an item of clothing for the children I couldn’t say no.

For Kian, I was sent a basic teal coloured hooded cardigan.  It didn’t feel as heavy weight as the jumpers above, but as a spring / summer top it works well.

For Isaac I was sent the Freaky Pow Printed Half Sleeve T Shirt – £4.50, and being a 1960’s Batman lover – he adored it!  Although the weather has been very cold, he has been wearing it under a jumper and I am certain it will be well worn throughout the summer.

I haven’t been as impressed with the young girls selection if I am honest.  Most of the dresses are too grown up for toddler, although I am hoping things will improve for the summer, as the sundress they sent me is adorable.  It is a very lightweight cotton and will be perfect for a hot summers day.

Quality wise, the clothes are on a par with clothes you would buy from a supermarket and are priced competitively.  They have a good range, especially for boys and if you are after a suit for a wedding, then I highly recommend you check out the boys suits.

Yellow Mellon has very kindly offered me a £10 voucher to giveaway to one of my readers.

    1. When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added”
checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four e-mails with the same comment.

Is there any way you can remove me from that service?
      Bless you!
