    1. Walking and cycling because I can do it with the kids and dog so we all keep fit together! We live right beside the beach and not far from the sand dunes so walking on the sand keeps us extra fit!

    5. I go to the gym every other day. It’s hard work, but worth it when I can run up a flight of stairs without collapsing at the top!

    6. I always have three kids in tow, so it’s mainly long walks with them or a fitness dvd at home. Now the evenings are getting lighter, I could get out when the littlies are in bed and the hubby is home from work

    8. The only exercise I get at the minute is pushing my son about in his pram. If I had the time I would go swimming or play tennis.

    13. I tend to play with the kids, great way to get fit. I once lost five stone, simply playing football with the kids I taught! Its the most fun way of losing weight, and its great for your kids too! 😉

    15. Shopping! When your carrying all those bags far enough it definately counts. Best exercise is when you don’t realise your doing it!

    16. Jogging very slowly. I’ve been doing it for 17 years and despite the lack of speed (or grace) it’s done the job, as I’ve kept the weight off and remained fairly fit.

    19. I’d be lying if I said I went to the Gym, I walk but only when I don’t have the car and I think I get a lot of exercise from cleaning, ironing, cleaning windows and gardening plus running around after a 17 month old.

    31. Love sticking on my trainers and ‘going for an explore’! Love finding new footpaths and seeing where they take me, and keep fit at the same time,

    32. I love to run – it gives me some valuable me-time to organise my thoughts and plan what I have to do over the next couple of days. I have 2 small children and work erratic hours so I find it difficult to get to a class or even the gym. Running is ideal – when I have some free time I can just grab my trainers and go.

    33. I like swimming. I have walked a lot over the years, still do what I can manage. Have arthritis so try to keep mobile,I also aim to wear footwear which is comfortable, supportive, especially good soles. Like to look good (stylish) too if possible, as it helps towards feeling good.
