For Project 365 I normally do a collage of photographs, but this week I am posting the individual ones as they are just too special not to be shared!
If you don’t know, we spent the week in Disneyland Paris and despite one or two grumbles, had an absolute ball.
110. We arrived at Disney at lunchtime on Sunday and had great fun exploring the park. Eliza and Isaac were enthralled by the castle and dragon that lives underneath, but nothing compared to the spectacular Disney Dreams Show that evening!
111. On Monday we did both parks, and one of the highlights was the Stunt Show Spectacular which featured car chases, jumps and quite a few surprises, including a visit from this very famous race car!
112. Tuesday was Isaac’s 5th Birthday and we organised a character breakfast where he met Mickey, Pluto, Goofy, Chip and Dale before spending the day in the parks. We saw Goofy filming a movie scene with an apparently famous French actor, although have no idea who he was. That evening we saw Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show and Isaac was even presented with a Birthday Cake!
113. Eliza got to meet Minnie Mouse today, although when the time actually came she was terrified. Cannot believe how huge I look!
114. It was our last day at the park today, so we finished off the rides we hadn’t yet done, plus re-did our favourites. Isaac loved the Buzz Lightyear laser ride and Eliza adored “It’s a Small World”. Daddy managed to scare Kian half to death with the Tower of Terror, but he did it!
115. We all slept soundly in our beds, but sadly it was back to normality and the kids had school and hubby was back to work. We did, however, have time to open Isaac’s presents before we set off and he insisted on riding his new scooter to school.
116. Big sister Abbey visited to look at our pictures and bring Isaac his present. Eliza and her decided that they would don the Mickey Mouse headgear for a super cute picture to round off the week!
Keep an eye on my blog for more pictures, a holiday summary featuring the good and the bad, plus hints and tips if you are thinking of visiting.
