    1. I just exercise at home but I do try to walk into town rather than getting the bus once or twice a week. I hate exercising for the sake of it ;o) (my Rafflecopter entries are in my real name Nikki Hayes)

    2. Walking, walking and more walking these days. I used to enjoy running but haven’t done it so much since becoming a Mummy. I am hoping to get back to it now that i have had my last baby 🙂

    3. I walk my dog every day and go to the gym several times a week. My favourite form of exercise is body pump. It’s hard and it hurts, but the results are amazing.

    6. taking the dogs to agility. I laugh so much I forget about the running and lugging the equipment about. In fact I’m going in about 10 mins time (and I’m cycling there)

    8. Running – only started a few months ago and it has changed my life, my state of mind and my body. I have even run my first half marathon – next stop, London Marathon 2014.

    9. I cycle to Tesco with an empty backpack to put my shopping in, then cycle home. Makes me buy less food too especially bottles of wine! 🙂

    16. I enjoy going to the gym once I’m there! But having just lost 3 stone I thought I’d give myself something to aim for and signed up to the Shine Marathon in London in September.

Possibly the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever done – but will hopefully be the most rewarding, so lots of walking training for me at the moment!

    17. I love to run, I recently started the Couch 2 5K program and it’s turned me into an addict and I’ve definitely been bitten by the running bug! Other than that I love Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred DVD, keeps me toned and strong and is a great compliment to my running.

    18. I love my weekly kettle and pilates classes, but in between we are often taking our little boys out for walks or swimming and I am always chasing them around or bouncing around on the trampoline so if I do miss a class I don’t worry to much as being an active mummy is exercise in its own right.

Another thing I do, when I’m in the car, is park as far away in a car park from an entrance so I have to walk, haha x

    27. I go out jogging. I jog to the local park and back. The main benefit is that I kill two birds with one stone as my nieces ride next to me on their bikes. While they play on the swings and climbing frame I collapse and recover enough to make the journey back home!
