After the excitement of Isaac’s birthday week it has been nice to get back to some normality and we have been catching up with jobs around the house in preparation for hubby starting work again next week.
On Sunday it was Isaac’s St George’s Day Parade with Beavers. The day started well and we were hopeful it would stay dry, but after waiting in the torrential rain for it to start, it was soon called off. We headed out to the local shopping centre to spend his birthday money after going home and drying out.
Today we headed to the Fossil Festival in Lyme Regis. It was an amazing day out and the kids learned so much about the local area around them as well as all the fossils that were on show.
Here is our week:
117. Waiting in the rain for the St George’s Day parade to start with his bestie, Alfie
118. At a local networking meeting – I think we bored him
119. Hubby cleaning the carpets with the Bissell cleaner we were sent to test
120. Eliza takes charge of the vacuuming
121. Sebastian gets a flying lesson
122. Someone just wants to stand
123. Being “eaten” by the Horace the Pliosaur
Love the blue monster is that at the school?
Love the flying photo! #Project365
Horace the pliosaur is quite something else! I love the look on Sebastian’s face when he’s standing, well done him.
Thanks for linking up to Project 365, the new linky is now live.
