Hari Ghotra is founder and mumtrepreneur of cookery portal www.harighotra.co.uk which launched in 2013. It features hundreds of easy to follow, North Indian recipes. This Summer 2016, Hari is delighted to be taking on the role of Executive Chef at Tamarind’s new restaurant, Tamarind Soho. As well as that, she also contributes to the Great British Chefs website.

Ghotra was raised in an environment where food played a central role in family life, learning to cook authentic dishes from her mother. Her passion for simplifying Indian cookery without losing its authenticity meant that after creating the website, she branched out into cookery lessons. Hari quickly identified that preparing kits with the exact quantities of spices helped make curry-cooking easy for consumers. Her aim is to always provide a quick and simple way to cook delicious, authentic Indian food at home.

  2. As a committed curry fan, I have tried most of them. An exception being the Rogan Zosh. Happy to provide honest reviews/comments.

  3. As a committed curry fan, I have tried most curry dishes, but not in this format. Having sampled many a restaurant Chicken Tikka Masala, I feel that this should be my first choice of one of your tantilising kits. This would give me a good ‘benchmark’. Happy to provide honest reviews/taste comments.

  4. Is it greedy of me to say I’d like try them all? 😉 I’d have to pick the Makhani Curry Kit as Butter Chicken is really hard to make, and some expert help would be fantastic!

  5. The Goan Curry Kit. When I’ve had that flavour before in restaurants, it seems deeper, more aromatic and richer than the usual flavours – would love to try a Goan Fish Curry
