Zoingo Boingo – The Flexible Freestyle Pogo

As a child I owned a pogo stick but my favourite toy was a Lolo Ball – remember them?

The Lolo ball was a seamless figure-8 rubber ball locked into a structurally supported, sturdy plastic platform. To play with it, you stand on the plastic platform, balancing your weight on the bottom portion of the rubber ball, and jump around like a maniac.

Now there is a new toy in town, the Zoingo Boingo!

The Zoingo Boingo is a fantastic flexible freestyle pogo that can be used on pavement or grass and is a cross between a lolo ball and a pogo stick and features a rugged stretchable cord that tethers the handle to the durable high bounce ball, which fits into a plastic footplate to help you bounce your cares away.

The tethered chord and bounce ball work together to produce high energy rebounds and great control, manoeuverability and even tricks.

It is not often a toy captures the imagination of the kids like this did. I had ALL my neighbours children in my garden trying to master this, with Kian showing them how it was done. I am proud to say that it was us Mum’s that had this nailed before the kids got the hang of it – years of practice of those Lolo balls I am sure.

If you a looking for a toy that will challenge the kids and get them outside and exercising then this is it. We have had some bouncing challenges and have got to well over a 100 bounces each which is great exercise and fun too.
