Schleich Horse Stable Playset – Review

We are big fans of Schleich toys, as not only are they truly representative of real animals, but they are sturdy and built to last too.

We have an ever growing collection of their range from Dinosaurs to their Bayala fantasty range, all of which is regularly played with and now we have a new addition to the collection – the Schleich Horse Stable from their Farm World collection.

Schleich Stables

The Horse Stable comes flat packed and takes around 15 minutes to assemble.

Eliza wanted to do it by herself, but some of the pieces need clipping together and she didn’t quite have the strength to manage it on her own.

Schleich Stables

Once assembled, the new colourful horse stable offers lots of fun features that kids can use to build their imaginative stories.

Schleich Stables

The set comes with 7 cute animals – a Shire mare, a Shire stallion, 3 Ducklings, 1x Kitten, 1x Mouse.

Also included are a Farmer – Paul, the Farmer’s wife – Laura, 2 horse boxes, and lots of accessories to reproduce all the daily work on the farm including a hale bale, grass, pulley system, wheel barrow, feed indicator and even a chute for the hay.

Schleich Stables

Eliza personalised her stables with the stickers provided, which include the names of the horses – Luna and Bloom.

We love the attention to detail, especially the working stable doors.

Schleich Stables

Both Eliza and Sebastian love playing with the set and some of their other Schleich toys have moved into the stables to join in the fun.

Beware, some of the pieces are quite tiny, so I would recommend storing them in a sealed boy when you have finished playing. The Schleich Horse stable is available from www.schleich-s.com/en/GB/farm-world/ and has an RRP of £79.99.

  1. This looks like such a great set and so much is included for the price. The little name stickers for the horses are very cute x

  2. This sounds pretty fun, I would have loved this when I was younger. I love miniature dolls and having to put the pieces together must have been one of the best bits.

  3. I love toy farms, but its nice to see with this one that the animals appear to be in proportion. Always find it slightly freaky when the hens are the same size as the cows.
