Eliza loves horses and whenever we go somewhere that offer horse or pony rides, she is off like a shot.
In fact, we are lucky to live in a semi-rural location and will often wander up the road to see the horses in the field, or see them trotting past on the bridleway on the way to school.
Eliza has asked if she can have her own horse, but sadly this is not something we can commit to at the present time and she has to make do with her Schleich horse collection at the moment.
She is also a keen artist and loves to draw anything and everything and like most children, as she has got older, her pictures have become clearer and more detailed, so when Petplan Equine Horse Insurance asked her to put her artistic skills to the test by drawing her dream horse, she jumped at the chance.
Their brief was broad; the horse could be weird or fantastic, straight from her imagination and once her dream horse was finished, it would then be transformed into an amazing soft toy for her to keep and treasure.
Her horse, Misty, arrived in the post today and Eliza is over-the-moon with her creation, as it looks just like the horse in her picture!!
The horse is purple, with a pink mane and tail, red hooves and a smiley face, of course.
Having the correct insurance when you own pets is essential for all those unexpected costs that comes with ownership.
Did you know that Petplan work with more animal rehoming charities than any other pet insurance provider, have helped over 1,200 charities throughout the UK and formed the Petplan Charitable Trust which has so far raised more than £7million towards a better, healthier world for animals.

What a lovely way to go the extra mile! She looks thrilled with her new companion!
Her picture is great, love the colours she chose for her horse, and it’s even better than the toy has come out just right x
My kids love Schleich Horse Club and have lots of their stuff at home as well. Your daughter looks so happy on that horse, so important to have the right petplan for the horse
Oh my goodness, this is so cute! It’s so important to have the right insurance, we made sure we checked everywhere when we got the insurance for our puppy a couple of months ago.
That is so cute!! The toy really does look like her picture! My kids would love one of these
I think it’s lovely that they made up a horse that looks just like her drawing! No wonder she looks so pleased
Misty is very cute, what a great imagination your little girl has! My little girl absolutely adores horses too and recently had her first proper horse riding lesson. She would love her own horse too, but the lessons will have to do for now lol!
Aw her dream horse is gorgeous! She looks so happy with her new best friend.
Such a wonderful way to bring her beautiful drawing to life and there won’t be another one like it.
Aww this is such a lovely idea! Eliza’s horse looks so cute, totally just like her drawing!
Owning an animal can be such an expensive thing to own, not only upkeep but more.
