Project 365 2014 – Week 47

I would love to tell you it has been a quiet week but I think you all know me well enough by now to know that we never have a quiet week!

Sunday saw us heading to Paultons Park for their Winter Wonderland press day.  I have to admit that, although the kids loved it, I was disappointed that the display was exactly the same as last year.  The best bit of the day was taking Sebastian on all the rides in Peppa Pig World – his little face was a picture!

Monday saw me heading to Jenkins and Sons, a gorgeous local restaurant, where I had helped organise a bloggers brunch for our local networking group.  It was great to catch up with some local bloggers and plans are afoot for some exciting stuff next year.

On Wednesday we finally had our bedroom carpet replaced.  I have been desperate to change it since we moved in 10 years ago, but we prioritized other rooms in the house first.  I was really unhappy with our stair carpet too as after seeing lots of TV programs where they had cream carpet on the stairs i thought it would be a good idea to have it too as our hall is quite dark – big mistake with my family!  The carpet fitter announced he had enough carpet to do our stairs too and I am really happy with the result!!

Friday saw me pick up some lovely Christmas presents at a local craft fair and Saturday saw us heading to Tesco where they had a Frozen event before visiting Stewarts Garden Centre to see Father Christmas arrive.

Here is my week in pictures:

Saturday is Caption Day – 22nd November 2014

Last weekend we took the kids to see Christmas Wonderland at Paultons Park and introduce her to the delights pf Peppa Pig World.

Nanny hadn’t been to Paultons Park for years and wanted to see how much the whole park had changed, so during a break in the rain we took Nanny to show her the beautiful gardens.

Isaac loves the Snakes and Ladders garden and was quick to find the snake and give us his best pose.
