We are at the halfway mark of the school holiday’s and thankfully the boredom hasn’t set in quite yet as the kids have enjoyed a couple of days out, holiday clubs and sleepovers at their friends.
Here is our week:
Sunday 6th August
We were invited to review a new inflatable park, AirJumpX today and I was quite surprised when Isaac said he wanted to do join us, as he is at that age where he finds things more for younger kids.
We were very surprised to have it to ourselves and it was brilliant fun. I took some pictures and then joined in the fun as we bounced, climbed and hurtled down the slides!
Monday 7th August
Monday is my early start at work and today was the first morning that I walked out the door before sunrise – Autumn is on its way!
Tuesday 8th August
It was a quick turn around after we got home from work, as we were lucky enough to be invited to watch Bodyguard the Musical at Bournemouth Pavilion.
It was a brilliant show and it has inspired us to watch the film again. I loved being able to get up and dance and sing along at the end.
Wednesday 9th August
Our day with Lilah and she took a shine to Sebby’s new skateboard and insisted on being pushed back and forth across the lounge.
Thursday 10th August
Both mine and my husband’s day off. We cannot afford to go out for breakfast, so we made our own Fakedonald’s muffins.
Have to say they were delicious!!
Friday 11th August
Eliza has been attending a musical theatre group all week and today was performance day. She did brilliantly singing two Matilda songs and a number from Shrek.
The boys, on the other hand, were very excited about new maps being launched on Overwatch.
Saturday 12th August
Sadly a work day for me and it was a long one. My TEMU order finally arrived and Eliza was very excited by her frog bucket hat, that she has been asking for since Camp Bestival – lets hope we get some sunshine so she can wear it.
How was your week?
The Air Jump place looks like a lot of fun and how wonderful to see the Bodyguard musical. I used to love that film. Ahh! My youngest has that hat, it’s one of her favourites. It is so cute. x
It feels like the holidays are going so fast. The musical theatre thing sounds good. N never wants to go to any camps, he even turned down a few days at a football camp which I was surprised about. I’m trying to avoid Temu, but keep seeing a few things I’ve been debating for ages that I need but haven’t seen anywhere else.
wow to getting air jump to yourselves to enjoy, looks fun. Your fake Donalds look really tasty
I can’t believe how fast the school holidays are disappearing! I LOVE The Bodyguard! #project365
AirJumpX looks like fun and how wonderful to have it all to yourself. Love the photo of Lilah on Sebby’s skateboard. Glad Eliza’s performance went well. Love her frog bucket hat. #project365
