Project 365 2014 – Week 30

The week started painfully for us as Kian broke up on Friday, Eliza on Monday and Isaac had until Wednesday lunchtime to finish school, which as you can imagine he wasn’t too impressed with!

On Monday, Isaac started a new swim school as the one he was in had too many children in his class and he just wasn’t progressing.  He is being taught by a teacher he knows and loves, but also keeps him in check which is what any spirited young boy needs!

On Wednesday we celebrated the end of school with a trip to the splash park, followed by Moscow State Circus which is the best circus we have been to in quite some time.

Thursday saw us head to Butlins for the launch of a new Scooby Doo ice cream.  The kids got to dress up as well as sample the delicious ice cream before getting to see the Scooby Doo show in Centre Stage.  They are both desperate to go back there for a holiday now.  In the evening Hubby and I went to the launch of local Cafe Explore which is set in Poole Museum and watched the fireworks from the balcony which was wonderful.

On Friday we met up with mumonthebrink and livieandluca in the morning, where the kids fished for minnows in the stream and found a toad and a newt before heading off to the beach to meet up with Anne from the Beach Factory and Saturday we hit the beach with the kids for some fun!

Saturday is Caption Day – 26th July 2014

This week we were invited to Butlins by the Beechdean group for the launch of their delicious new Scooby Doo themed ice creams.

The kids got to dress up as their favourite characters before heading down to see the Scooby Doo show at Centre Stage.

Once the show had finished I promised that they could go on all their favourite rides from when we had our Butlins Ambassadors stay earlier in the year and I was surprised by how much they remembered.
